Thermal insulation panels

Thermal insulation panels with polyurethane foam are available in a wide range of thicknesses from 40 mm to 200 mm for different types of cold rooms and have a wide variety of surface protection systems to comply with high standards of sanitary hygiene.

    Description

    For the joining of the refrigeration panels, when making the rooms, sanitary elements such as semi-rounded plinth made of PVC for the floor and PVC scaffolds + Al profile are used, which is applied when joining the piles between the panel walls.

    Depending on the thickness of the panel, the global heat transfer coefficient has different values, namely:

    Panel thickness: 40 mm Overall heat transfer coefficient (K): 0.51 [W / mpK]
    Panel thickness: 50 mm Overall heat transfer coefficient (K): 0.41 [W / mpK]
    Panel thickness: 60 mm Overall heat transfer coefficient (K): 0.34 [W / mpK]
    Panel thickness: 80 mm Global heat transfer coefficient (K): 0.26 [W / mpK]
    Panel thickness: 100 mm Global heat transfer coefficient (K): 0.21 [W / mpK]
    Panel thickness: 150 mm Overall heat transfer coefficient (K): 0.14 [W / mpK]
    Panel thickness: 200 mm Overall heat transfer coefficient (K): 0.12 [W / mpK]

    Polyurethane foam density: 35-40 Kg / m3

    Interior / exterior board thickness: 0.5 / 0.5 mm
